I got this crazy idea that if I eat ~100 cauliflower rice bowls in a row, I'll be skinny by the end of it lmao. Plan: - 2 Cauliflower Rice Bowls a day - 8 weeks - Donut Saturdays (not my fault, I have kids) Recipe (if interested): - Cauliflower Rice - Chopped Smoked Chicken - Eggs - Peas & Carrots (when I have them) - Kinder's Teriyaki Sauce Drizzle - Fruit with every meal every other week Let me know in the comments if we're on this journey together!
