If you want stronger performance from your ads, call out ONE specific seller motivation per ad. Don’t try to speak to everyone at once.
For each motivation you target, create:
🎥 2 video ads
🖼️ 2 image ads
Example motivation buckets:
  • Major Repairs
  • Inherited Property
  • Foreclosure
  • Tired Landlords
This gives the algorithm options and helps it match the right message to the right seller.
