Has anyone generate high intent and quality inbound life insurance leads for $20 or less per lead?
I would like to generate high intent and high quality inbound final expense and mortgage protection leads from click to call ads for $20 or less a lead. Do you think this is possible and likely? If you have had experience generating inbound life insurance leads then what was the best price point that you could generate inbound life insurance leads for? I am really only interested in generating inbound leads because the answer rate for outbound leads usually really sucks these days. If you generate inbound life insurance leads is there any good advice you can give about doing it on a budget?
wholesale buyers contract
Does this skool program come with or share a "wholesale buyers contract" I've started wholesaling and I've done 3 deals so far and had the lawyer write it up after I had a buyer lined up.
What conversion rates and CPL should you expect from Facebook Ads?
I get this question a lot from people who have never run ads before... Conversion rates vary from person to person, depending on your exit strategies and skills on the phone. That said, a realistic benchmark is converting 1 in 20–30 leads. As for CPL (Cost Per Lead), we're running at around $25 semi-nationwide — though this can shift based on the size of your target audience and how competitive your market is. Generally speaking, the larger your target audience, the lower your CPL. The biggest lever you can control? Your phone skills. The leads are there — the conversion is where the game is won. What CPL should I expect on Facebook ads?
Let me answer a question I've been getting a lot lately 👇 Here's the thing — your cost per lead isn't random. It's largely driven by one thing: how big your target audience is. The smaller the audience, the higher the CPL. Here's what to expect: 🌎 Nationwide → ~$20/lead 🗳️ 10–15 entire states → ~$25/lead 🏙️ 95 major metros → ~$30/lead 📍 1 entire state → ~$50/lead 📍 1 major metro → $75–$100+/lead When your audience is small, Facebook has fewer people to show your ad to. More competition for the algorithm = higher cost to find the right person. So if you're targeting one metro and seeing $80 CPLs — that's not your ads failing. That's just the math. Benchmarks like these exist so you don't kill a perfectly good campaign too early. Drop any questions below ❤️
