I'm setting up statewide Facebook ad campaigns for motivated seller leads for just $100.
Most agencies charge $1,500+ for this. I want to give more of you a real shot at making Facebook ads work as a marketing channel — so I'm doing for the least that I'm able to!
Here's what I'm bringing to the table: Over the past month I've been testing a statewide campaign structure to get my CPL below $30. Historically it's been around $50 — so this is almost a 50% improvement. I've hit it in FL and TX. NC is still hovering around $30 (smaller population), but across all three states the results have been strong.
I'm going to install the exact campaign structure + proven ad creatives into your ad account that produced those results.
What's NOT included: ad account setup, CRM integration, or ongoing management. That stuff is all inside Inbound Marketing & Novations if you need it 😄
Also — this is statewide only. I'll target one full state. Don't ask me to narrow it down to specific cities or counties lol. If you want to adjust targeting after I set it up, go for it.
