Monday marked the end of the 21-Day Reset for those who started with the group. I had planned to post earlier, but my little boy has been unwell and we’ve spent a bit of time in hospital this week. Needless to say sleep has been a little scarce.
But I didn’t want the moment to pass without saying well done to everyone who showed up for the 21 days. 👏
The reset is intentionally simple, but that’s the whole point. Small practices, repeated daily, can make a big difference over time.
