This community supports simple, consistent nervous system regulation through daily practice, without pressure, overwhelm, or needing to understand the theory. If you're new, start with the 21-Day Reset in the classroom section. How to use this spaceπŸ‘‡ 1. Do the daily practice: One short breathing flow per day, plus a weekly NSDR session. Miss a day? Just continue. 2. Keep it simple: There’s nothing to get right. Consistency matters more than effort. 3. Use the community: Sharing reflections, questions, or small wins helps reinforce the practice and builds accountability. You don’t need to be articulate or polished. Even a sentence is enough. Reading and learning from others counts too. This space works best when it’s lived in, not just watched. Use the practices, notice what shifts, and share what you’re observing along the way, even if it feels small or ordinary. Your experience helps shape the community and often supports someone else more than you realise. When you’re ready, this space is here to support deeper, ongoing practice.
