7 Days of Gratitude (community challenge)
This is our very first 7-Day Challenge inside the community, and we start Monday. I’d love to have as many of you involved as possible. The formula is simple: Breath + Gratitude + Intention. Find a quiet, comfortable position and begin by bringing some rhythm to your breathing, slow, gentle, and controlled. Think L.E.S.S. Once you feel calm, bring to mind one thing you’re truly grateful for in that moment. Stay with the breath and let that feeling resonate through your body. This can take 2 minutes or 20, it’s completely up to you. When you’re done, set a clear intention for your day ahead. If you’re in, drop a comment below and let’s keep each other accountable over the 7 days 🤝

Welcome - Start Here
The community is now open. Inside the Classroom you’ll find the 21-Day Reset, a simple daily breathing flow and one weekly NSDR session to help you slow down and build a steadier baseline. You can begin straight away, or if you’d prefer to move through it with others, we’ll begin the Reset together as a group on Monday, 23rd February, and check in here as we go. How To Use This Space: 1. Start the 21-Day Reset. Follow it at your own pace, or wait for the group start. 2. Keep it simple. Consistency matters more than doing it perfectly. 3. Use the community!!! Share reflections, questions, or small wins as you go. Even a sentence helps reinforce the practice and supports others doing the same. INTRODUCE YOURSELF If you feel comfortable, drop a short intro below 👇 • Where are you joining from? • What made you curious about this reset? • One thing you’d like to improve over the next 21 days Short and simple is perfect. Let’s begin. Zac
Gratitude Challenge Complete 🙏
A big thank you to everyone who jumped into the Seven Days of Gratitude. Simple practice, but it takes a bit to actually show up and do it each day. So well done ! I’m keen to hear how you all went 👇 Did you notice any shifts, insights, or changes over the week? Even if it was small, drop it below.
Insights on Day 3
Hi crew, 3 days into the gratitude challenge and I’m sick as a dog 😂 But I wanted to share what’s been coming up during the practice this morning. Being sick is horrible… but it’s also a reminder. A reminder of how easy it is to take feeling good for granted. With another baby on the way in a few weeks, one of my intentions this year has been to really get back to basics. Eat well, move daily, sleep properly, and stay on top of the simple things. The reason for this is that I want my energy to be on point. If my energy is good, I show up better as a Dad, I’m more present, and I have more to give to my work and the people around me. This morning’s gratitude practice brought that into focus again. Not in a big, dramatic way… just a simple appreciation for feeling healthy, clear, and having the capacity to show up. So even though being sick isn’t ideal, it’s been a good reminder of what actually matters. Don’t wait until you feel rubbish to appreciate feeling good. What’s something you’re appreciating today that you’d normally overlook? 👇
