The Cold Plunge Rages On!!
The docs told me no cold plunge for 2-3 weeks, so here is me cold plunging 3 days after surgery 👍🏻
I just gotta not get it wet and we’re all good.
People will try to put Limitations on you your whole life.
It’s very important you do not ever listen to them, and ALWAYS foster an Unruly Faith in your own Potential.
This was a small act tonight, that feels like a massive victory 🙏🏻
