Back in the Gym after Surgery
We’re back!! 👊🏻❤️‍🔥 Not that I ever really left haha, but if felt good to push some iron today, and this home gym allowed perfectly for a great session on crutches. 🙏🏻 We always have to get to a place where we stop telling ourselves what we can’t do and start asking ourselves what we can do. There is always a way to adapt, there is always a way to answer that question. Welcome to the Impossible ❤️‍🔥 P.S. a chest and arms workout right before a full day on crutches didn’t make for the easiest of days, but there was certainly a lot of growth to be found 😂👊🏻

The Cold Plunge Rages On!!
The docs told me no cold plunge for 2-3 weeks, so here is me cold plunging 3 days after surgery 👍🏻 I just gotta not get it wet and we’re all good. People will try to put Limitations on you your whole life. It’s very important you do not ever listen to them, and ALWAYS foster an Unruly Faith in your own Potential. This was a small act tonight, that feels like a massive victory 🙏🏻 Welcome to The Impossible ❤️‍🔥 Best, Matt

Good beautiful morning to everyone!!! Yesterday was a long, but truly amazing day, and it concluded with a truly special and unexpected surprise. @Lauren Hill and @Austin Douglas came to get her to get an early Christmas gift for the family that is going to drive forward so much growth and benefit in all 4 Domains of Performance. The Vital Plus cold plunge with chiller is something I’ve wanted for recovery and performance for so long, and now it is a reality. We jumped right in hardcore this morning with 3 minutes at 45 degrees, and let me tell you, it was HARD. Not only does it carry massive metabolic and neuromuscular benefits, it’s an incredible practice in Mental Strength. The second you climb in, you start hyperventilating, and you have to calm your Body, Mind, and Spirit to stay in control and not immediately climb out. Every minute feels like an hour as you fight to maintain control, and you simply have to remain calm and controlled in the face of immense discomfort. Start your day this way, and every single challenge will become so much easier. Welcome to The Impossible ❤️‍🔥

Back Under the Bar
This week was my first week back under the bar since my leg injury and things were definitely rusty, but it felt good to move some weight again 👊🏻 Got up to 245 for some box squats, the leg is feeling good overall and will keep getting better each week ❤️‍🔥
