Back Under the Bar
This week was my first week back under the bar since my leg injury and things were definitely rusty, but it felt good to move some weight again ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
Got up to 245 for some box squats, the leg is feeling good overall and will keep getting better each week โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ
