This is a little clip from the BBC on the placebo where they talk about hypnosis.

“Hypnosis may not be the only way to get a placebo effect without deception, but it’s certainly an excellent way to do that. You can think of it as an extra strength non-deceptive placebo.” — BBC Horizon

I think it would be wise along side the self hypnosis/hypnotherapy/mesmerism stuff that I will be putting up over the next weeks and months if I build a course for people to use control of the placebo themselves.
