The course on opening the internal senses (a self hypnosis training protocol as well as a protocol for aphantasia), is now ready to start recording. So I should be starting that tomorrow and finishing off the basic mesmerism course. More to follow. We will also be adding in some exercises to develop the skills needed for mesmerism and fascination. And podcasts will be starting soon with other experts in the field.

This is a little clip from the BBC on the placebo where they talk about hypnosis. “Hypnosis may not be the only way to get a placebo effect without deception, but it’s certainly an excellent way to do that. You can think of it as an extra strength non-deceptive placebo.” — BBC Horizon I think it would be wise along side the self hypnosis/hypnotherapy/mesmerism stuff that I will be putting up over the next weeks and months if I build a course for people to use control of the placebo themselves. Hi all, I have unlocked the back end so you can all post and chat, I may need to turn this on if we get spammers in the group but for now we can all do everything pretty much. Also I dropped into the UKHC yesterday on a whim to be greeted by some awesome colleagues, some interesting podcasts are coming soon with a fair few of the leaders in our field. Have to give a shout out to @Adam Cox too for his talk on embedded metaphors, lots of gold in there, check out his stuff if you havent yet at www.adamcox.co.uk His inception model is absolute gold for understanding this to a really deep level (excuse the pun). I will be there again on Sunday so will share some pics etc then. I do love our field, everyone is so nice they all just want to help people get more awesome and thats a special thing in a sector of society. Big love to the hypnotists and healers.
