Just want to share it. 😍 (He says that to a traumtised , bitter and resignated 60 year old female with a long therapy- history ) I'm a wilderness guide. I've been through a lot of dark forests. I have the skills for it—I can start a fire in the rain, and pitch a tent. I've been through a lot of wildernesses, my own and other people's. But I have never been through your forest before, and I don't know what we'll encounter. I don't know the path through. But I know I can be with you and help you, and together we will find a path through the wilderness. It will have to be your path, because it is your forest." Does this resonate with you? 🏕️🥾🪾

At the ukhc James Coates did a demonstration of his „heart hug- a somatic induction“ that i enjoyed very much. And maybe starts to explain the healing capacity of massage and strokes and hugs like in havening mesmerism and tapping etc. (I add a paper to the science thread…)
