2 days ago I hit 495 on squat for the first time in over a year. I wasnโt hurt or injured, instead my training has varied and shifted away from heavy compounds. Recently I have had the urge to lift heavier and see where my strength resides. I feel great and plan to keep heavy compounds back in my training going forward. My competitive spirit is still fresh and Iโm excited to execute more heavy lifts ๐ช
