Body Movement and Regular Body Training
Hi, just started calisthenics and was wondering what body movement I should start with (handstand, planche, muscle up?). I've been doing a small at home training everyday (flutter kicks 3x30 sec, reverse crunches 3x20, sit ups 3x15, Russian twists 3x12 on each side, push ups 4x10, and plank 3x1 minute) and was looking for feedback.
