90 degree hold
Ive been doing calisthenics for around 3 months and Im finally getting the 90 degree hold but not consistently. I've been doing the progressions but its not really getting easier, any tips?

quality over quanity. If your sets have bad form but your doing allot its not really going to help out. If you sets have good form but you doing a little it should get better. Im speaking from experience.
Legs
Can i train legs in the gym or nah, and why?

Dull Shoulder Pain
I’ve been practicing my press-to-handstand from the crow pose and have been making good progress, but recently I’ve been feeling this tingling, numbing pain above and behind my left shoulder. Could it be from overstretching instead? Recommendations on what to do next and how long to rest for?
