Cumulative Fatigue
So I’ve had this problem since around last week where I’ve progressively become less explosive in my push exercises (primarily tuck press to handstand and pike-lift off to handstand). Although I’ve come a lot further since my last post here, I find it harder and harder, day by day even with rest days to train following my first day after the resting.
I believe it’s likely because I treat nearly every day like a hard push day, so I’d appreciate it if anyone here could tell me how to optimize my energy and allow my stabilizers and CNS to recover properly whilst progressing. Calisthenics is definitely addictive for me but it’s come to a point where I’m going way too hard every session.
Any comments are appreciated 🙏
