NATUREMAXXING Day 5
Took Abby for a walk a and we did some grounding at the park today. It's pretty hard to get much naturemaxxing in while in the city Ill admit but Abby helps motivate me because she needs it too and she won't let me just lay around. Whenever I stay in the city I get off my natural rhythm a lot in many ways especially sleep wise I end up staying up all night and sleeping in the day or not at all. I havent been following the optimal naturmaxxing protocol unfortunately but at least im doing some of the practices everyday which is the main goal anyways. You dont have to be hard on yourself so long as youre actively improving and growing and learning even if its slow. Its less about speed but more importantly it's about your trajectory. To be human is to have the awareness and ability to master your instincts and impulses. This is what separates us from animals. People who dont try to better themselves are closer to animals than humans.

Started off the day with some grounding and sun gazing and then meditated. It felt really good im not sure how long I meditated but it felt like the blink of an eye almost it was just straight into the inner light in my ajna chakra third eye and I enjoyed the peace and was focusing on slowing down my breath and not attaching to any thoughts letting them drift off into the nothingness. It was very relaxing and a great way to start the day! Pretty much worked the rest of the day but got some sun it felt great. Stayed up all night again posting this at 5am on what will be day 7. About to do some more meditation before the sun comes up but first gotta take a quick shower! Ok see ya later. Peace and love being upon you.

Today I saw the sunrise and then stayed really busy barely had any time to naturemax but im back home now about to do some grounding and then meditating and then hopefully some exercising. For today's afternoon flow and ground session I just got barefoot in my backyard and moved my body a little and then I started book 2 of the Stormlight Archive highly recommend if you like fantasy and magic. I read it for 20 minutes while I was grounding under the tree. At first there was some restless energy in my body but that quickly calmed down and I felt really good clear and relaxed again. Glad I did this I didn't really feel like doing anything today but this helped. Also, I made this recorded this song last night so I just threw onto the video for fun a snippet of a raw recording I made the night before. Enjoy happy naturemaxxing!

For the midday pulse section on day 2 I went to a riverside park and did some light exercising walking around, I did pull ups, push ups, and then I did the 24 movements from Ba Gua or at least most of them. I've been healing some back pain so I took it easy. Im posting this on what should actually be day 4 but got busy on day 2 and forgot to post these clips. Then on day 3 (yesterday) my Grandpa passed away and I was helping his soul transition so I kinda skipped my naturemaxxing but I did walk around the gardens at the hospice house and it was lovely meditating by the waterfall and smelling the roses. I will now continue to do the 7 day challenge but the days wont all have been consecutive. Also this song I generated with AI from my voice saying some arabic phrases I thought it was actually kinda epic so I just added it to the video lol enjoy hope you get out and do some naturemaxxing/auramaxxing soon!
