7 Day Challenge Morning Meditation
A new druid like practice I picked up & am using in my meditation for the 7 day challenge! The word I use for my prayer beads is not spoken aloud, rather recited within. I just wanted to clarify that. Adding the spinning & connection to my staff of Birch has really created a deeper & more transcendental meditation experience to the Entirety of my morning ritual. The more I connect with the staff, the more I can feel it's vibrations/Life Force/Electrical and/or Plasmic currents moving through it and branching out into the Earth. It's proving to be a phenomenal grounding method for when it may be too cold to take your shoes off in the morning. I am also noticing a deeper connection to my Heart in using this new method. It's been very wonderful! Definitely conjuring up Wizard Vibes, for sure!
