For the midday pulse section on day 2 I went to a riverside park and did some light exercising walking around, I did pull ups, push ups, and then I did the 24 movements from Ba Gua or at least most of them. I've been healing some back pain so I took it easy. Im posting this on what should actually be day 4 but got busy on day 2 and forgot to post these clips. Then on day 3 (yesterday) my Grandpa passed away and I was helping his soul transition so I kinda skipped my naturemaxxing but I did walk around the gardens at the hospice house and it was lovely meditating by the waterfall and smelling the roses. I will now continue to do the 7 day challenge but the days wont all have been consecutive. Also this song I generated with AI from my voice saying some arabic phrases I thought it was actually kinda epic so I just added it to the video lol enjoy hope you get out and do some naturemaxxing/auramaxxing soon!
