For today's afternoon flow and ground session I just got barefoot in my backyard and moved my body a little and then I started book 2 of the Stormlight Archive highly recommend if you like fantasy and magic. I read it for 20 minutes while I was grounding under the tree. At first there was some restless energy in my body but that quickly calmed down and I felt really good clear and relaxed again. Glad I did this I didn't really feel like doing anything today but this helped. Also, I made this recorded this song last night so I just threw onto the video for fun a snippet of a raw recording I made the night before. Enjoy happy naturemaxxing!
