It is the field that does the most work, and it is often still set to whatever the owner picked on day one. 2. Services. Each service listed as its own entry, not one paragraph in the description. 3. Business name. It has to match the sign above the door. Keywords added to the name are against Google's guidelines and put the listing at risk. 4. Name, address and phone. The same on the profile, the website and the main directories. Only then do I open the website. What is first on your list?
