The 12-hour reply wait is the weak link. A yes, a no, and silence all drop into the same step. Adding a branch for replies inside that window keeps confirmations out of the second reminder blast.

One thing to add: keep the unreplied branch and the replied branch on the same timer, not two. If the replied branch waits longer, the first real answer you send gets buried behind the ones that did not need a person. Same delay, different message.
NO GMB
I am contacting a lot of people who are interesetd but they are service based and dont have a gmb nor are they certified by google. Is this a hard process to help them out with ? If i do it, how much should I charge?

Service area businesses hide the address and still verify, so photos, hours and categories matter more than a storefront. Charge once for setup, then a small monthly for posts and reviews.

Pick the niche before the tool. One trade you already understand, then one page that answers what those buyers search for. Generalist web design is the hardest sell. What field do you know best?
The 4 things I check on a Google Business Profile before I touch a client's website
When a local business asks why they are not showing in the map results, I look at the profile before the site. Four checks, in this order: 1. Primary category. Is it the most specific one available? It is the field that does the most work, and it is often still set to whatever the owner picked on day one. 2. Services. Each service listed as its own entry, not one paragraph in the description. 3. Business name. It has to match the sign above the door. Keywords added to the name are against Google's guidelines and put the listing at risk. 4. Name, address and phone. The same on the profile, the website and the main directories. Only then do I open the website. What is first on your list?

Category and services before the site is right, since the profile does the ranking. Photos and reviews are the ones I would add: fresh photos dated in the last month, and an owner reply on every review, good or bad.

The setup fee as friction is the part most people skip, then they wonder why everyone picks monthly. Price the quarterly so the setup fee makes it the obvious choice.
