Just landed my 1st client & had them add my main subaccount email as the GBP manager. They are using the CRM 'Joist' which doesn't connect to Zapier or the third party connector app that Clay mentioned. I'm thinking about having him just 'add contact' on the leadconnector app to have that trigger the review. Who here has successfully onboarded a reputation management client? Would love to pay for a few minutes of your time to assist me! (Not in theory, people who ACTUALLY have paying clients)

I’m based in Pakistan, so the A2P registration process can be a bit difficult for me. My understanding is that A2P 10DLC is mainly required when sending application-to-person messages using US or Canadian numbers to recipients in the US or Canada. If I do not target the US or Canada, and instead focus on clients in the UK, would I still need A2P verification? If not, is there any other registration, sender verification, or compliance requirement I should be aware of for UK messaging? Also, if verification is still needed, what details are usually required from someone working internationally? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has handled this in practice.

Hey has anyone noticed the new A2P application option that uses the chat widget. Just wondering how it’s working for you guys? Also do you all onboard clients having them do A2P steps like accessing their website to change their privacy policy etc. or do you guys have work arounds to make it easier?

Hey all, I realized asking for all the A2P information can add a lot of friction during the onboarding process, especially when asking for the EIN number. Is there any trustworthy source out there where I can find a business's EIN number based on their name?
