Niche investing
After buying SFHs for 15 years (buy & hold, fix & flip, wholesaling, and owner financing) I have decided to look for mom & pop businesses that I can acquire from boomer owners who are ready to retire. I look forward to making "capital connections" here to JV on some deals. My strong suit is finding deals and the challenge is that I can find more than I can fund.
Previously, I did marketing consulting for a number of national and international brands for many years. Then I sold my business to my right hand guy a long time ago and started investing in local small businesses and doing an occasional contract consulting job on request.
Since I am new here I don't know what I can contribute at the moment but I am delighted to do what I can. Where do I start here? Thanks !!
