Will do. I've had the same problem in my group with people who actual change their profile name, picture, and description to impersonate me and then DM my members for info or money. We have to work together to monitor and drive out the scammers.

Great reminders here, Marcin. I bought my first house with a creative lease-option and then stopped learning the game. Multifamily seems so intimidating with all the syndicators to compete against. But there's always a chance to build relationships and make creative offers if you can be the bridge.
