Introduction
Hey everyone, I’m James Sills—Army veteran, former IT pro, and now the founder of Sills Capital Group, a family-run, veteran-owned commercial real estate investment firm.
We specialize in acquiring and repositioning underperforming hotels and other commercial assets, with a focus on value-add opportunities that create strong returns for our investors. We’re currently working on several deals and actively building our capital stack.
Right now, we’re looking for guidance and connections around raising equity—especially when it comes to soft commitments, structuring investor-friendly terms, and scaling our investor network. I’m here to learn, add value where I can, and connect with others doing big things in this space.
