I’m looking for your input for January!
Programming is already in motion, but before I finalize classes and bonus content, I want to know what you actually need heading into the new year.
January’s theme is Motivation Follows Movement. You’ll get your regular fitness programming and now I want to know what additional support will help you hit your goals.
Here are a few directions my Hot Mess Brain is leaning:
- Movement: strength blocks, mobility, short “get moving” sessions
- Nutrition: simple resets, batch‑cooking ideas, grocery guides
- Mindset: routines, overwhelm management
- Challenges: 7‑day, 14‑day, + weekly accountability (nutrition tracking is on my mind because… I need the reset too)
- Courses: metabolism, strength foundations, emotional eating, Bible Study
- Live classes: what format or time actually works for your schedule (my "live" time is limited with my full‑time job, but I value your input here)
- Something else: tell me what’s missing
