Another check in today. Doing this holds me accountable and helps me stay consistent. Took the dog out for an hours walk this morning Hit a pull session Had a couple lean steaks, mushrooms, peppers and sweet potatoes for lunch. Also done a light 2 mile jog Now time for some potatoes and steak pie 👊💪

Day 1
Started off on the hardest day today, legs 🤣 took me 45 mins to hit the intermediate leg session and some mobility. The session was intense and definitely showed weaknesses in my balance and stability. Can’t wait to build more strength and set up habits for life!
