Cardio?
Anyone doing any specific cardio training aswell as the plan?. I normally just try keep my steps high and eat mostly clean. Just wondering what others are doing.
Day 1
Started off on the hardest day today, legs 🤣 took me 45 mins to hit the intermediate leg session and some mobility. The session was intense and definitely showed weaknesses in my balance and stability. Can’t wait to build more strength and set up habits for life!

@Matic Jezersek the assisted Nordic curls. They definitely require some serious strength. I notice my stability needs some work when doing pistol squats aswell
