Incoming Fire Horse Energies
Ascension Mastery..
Ascension is the process of expanding consciousness and integrating higher frequencies of light into the body and energy field, allowing us to live with greater clarity, alignment, and heart-centred awareness as we move from dense, fear-based patterns into higher states of awareness, coherence, and unity. It is not about leaving the physical world, but about bringing higher frequencies of light into the body & the energy field. As the collective frequency of the planet rises, individuals are invited to recalibrate their energy systems to hold more light. This includes the chakras, aura, nervous system, and subtle bodies. Ascension gently but powerfully dissolves outdated energetic patterns, emotional imprints, and belief systems that no longer align with higher truth. For energy-sensitive and attuned practitioners, ascension can feel intense. Increased sensitivity, energy fluctuations, emotional releases, or feelings of being “stretched” between worlds are common. These experiences are signs of integration not imbalance. Ascension and the Shift into the 5th Dimension The 5th dimension is a state of consciousness characterised by: - Unity rather than separation - Flow rather than force - Heart-led awareness rather than fear-based survival 🦄 Ascending into this frequency means learning how to embody higher awareness while remaining grounded in the physical body. This requires energetic mastery, not bypassing. Our chakras evolve during ascension, becoming more refined, luminous, and interconnected. Rather than working in isolation, they begin to operate as a unified field of light. Supporting this shift allows practitioners to: - Maintain energetic sovereignty while working with others - Avoid depletion and overwhelm - Anchor higher frequencies safely and sustainably 🫶 Why Ascension Can Feel Challenging Ascension often brings contrast before clarity. As higher light enters the system, anything out of alignment naturally surfaces to be released. This can show up as:

Welcome to the World of Crystals
A updated Version of the course I delivered Last Year…I want to support you with Crystal connection. This will be coming as a email course but it will sit here also. Hope you enjoy this version. Welcome to this crystal course, where we will explore the beautiful and fascinating world of crystals together. This journey invites you to deepen your understanding of crystals and their use in healing—both for yourself and for others. Whether you are newly drawn to crystals and curious about their healing qualities, or you are already a healer, Reiki practitioner, or spiritual teacher wishing to integrate crystal healing more confidently into your work, this course is designed for you. Throughout our time together, you will gain a strong foundation in crystal healing, learning how to work with crystals safely, intuitively, and with confidence. Crystals resonate across all natural and holistic healing modalities, making them a powerful and supportive tool in any healing practice. This course will guide you through the essentials you need to begin working with crystals in a grounded and empowered way—so you can enjoy the journey, trust your connection, and allow your relationship with crystals to unfold naturally. Let’s begin. Introduction to Crystals Crystals are among the Earth’s most ancient and magical gifts. Formed deep within the Earth over thousands—or even millions—of years, they are natural mineral solids that hold both beauty and wisdom. For centuries, shamans, mystics, and medicine people across cultures have worked with crystals for healing, protection, ceremony, and spiritual insight. Many believe that each crystal carries its own story and energetic message, shaped by the immense time and pressure involved in its formation. Crystals work through the human energy system, interacting with the chakras and the aura to support balance and healing within the physical body. Each crystal has a precise atomic structure and emits a steady, consistent frequency. When a crystal is placed near an area of lower vibration, it gently encourages the body’s energy to align with its higher, more harmonious frequency—helping to uplift, balance, and restore.

Symbols are being seen as a way to connect
🌀 Are the Reiki Symbols Really That Different? A reflection on Japanese Reiki, symbolism, and the deeper meaning behind the mantras. In traditional Japanese Reiki, you’ll often find different ways of drawing the symbols and different mantras or phrases associated with them. I encountered this firsthand in 2001, and again in 2003 while training in Japan. But here’s the question: Are they really that different? 💬 “Usui Sensei had no standard curriculum… He gave one-on-one lectures based on the spiritual progress of each student.” — Hiroshi Doi Mikao Usui, like many Japanese spiritual teachers, taught according to the individual student’s path — their mindset, their spiritual background (Zen, Shinto, Tendai), and their readiness. So yes, the tools may have varied, but their purpose was always the same: 👉 To guide the student back to their True Nature, their Divine Self, their essence. ✨ To realize: We are Reiki. 🔹 The First Symbol – Choku Rei / Naohi In Reiki II (Okuden), the first symbol is often associated with the concept of Kami — divine being. A Shinto priest at Mount Omine once explained to me: “This symbol means: Go to Kami.” But not outward — inward. To our inner divine nature. 📿 The mantras Choku Rei and Naohi are Shinto phrases meaning: “Direct Spirit” or “Divine Self.” They point us back to our original, radiant state — sincere, grateful, present. Not external gods. Not powers outside ourselves. But the light within. “There I encountered my own divine spirit [Choku Rei].” — Masahisa Goi Some traditions use phrases like Zuiun (auspicious cloud) or Kumo (cloud), still pointing to divine presence — again, not something “out there,” but our inner radiance. 🔹 The Second Symbol – Seiheki / Mugen Muryōju Different names, same message. Seiheki is often translated as: ✨ Natural Disposition — our original state, before conditioning and confusion. Others use the phrase Mugen Muryōju: - Mugen = Infinite - Muryō = Immeasurable - Ju = Life
