Do look at yourself and think "Wow, I'm getting old" or maybe you just think "I'm feeling sickly, old, worn out, in pain"?
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how aging doesn’t actually begin in the body — it begins in the way we think about ourselves.
👵🏻What I've seen in practice, is that women who believe they are “getting old” often (without realizing it) begin making choices that reinforce that belief — in how they move, eat, rest, and even speak to themselves.
🧬Modern epigenetic research now confirms what many of us have sensed intuitively for years: our thoughts and daily habits actively influence how fast (or slowly) we biologically age.
In fact, approximately 80% is based on our own thoughts and actions, and only about 20% on genetics! That's huge!
