hey everyone, today’s call was awesome! we talked about being aware of your patterns… yet you still find yourself repeating them that’s because the pattern isn’t the real issue, it’s protecting you from feeling something deeper whether it’s people pleasing, overthinking, or avoiding conflict, it’s a strategy your nervous system learned a long time ago to feel safe, loved, or in control So instead of asking “why do I keep doing this?” you can go within and ask "what is this protecting me from feeling?” to go even deeper, “who did you have to be to receive love growing up?” that’s the role you learned… and is likely still running your life today know that you are not the role, you are the awareness behind it and the moment you feel what’s underneath and choose to think, feel and act differently that’s where transformation begins and your pattern breaks! Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Healing is never dramatic.
We often expect our healing to be a dramatic, overnight transformation, punishing ourselves when the old wounds still ache after we have tried so intensely hard to move on. Society conditions us to view recovery as a perfectly linear checklist, and when our progress feels agonizingly slow or invisible, we mistakenly believe we are completely broken or failing at our own growth. But the deepest, most permanent repairs within our spirit almost never announce themselves with a loud parade. The Buddha taught the profound, quiet power of Khanti, which translates to patient endurance or courageous forbearance. This is absolutely never a passive resignation to pain or a surrender to your circumstances; it is a fierce, unshakeable, and highly active spiritual strength. It is the brave resolve to sit with your deeply exhausted system, allowing the mind to gradually unbind itself from past traumas without desperately trying to force the timeline. True mental cultivation works far beneath the surface, slowly dismantling the heavy, exhausting armor you wore just to survive, long before you ever consciously notice the weight lifting from your shoulders. Then, on one seemingly ordinary day, the profound realization finally arrives—the careless word or sharp memory that once devastated your heart simply passes through you without leaving a heavy mark. You find yourself standing firmly, calmly, and safely in a space that used to completely shatter your hard-earned peace. This is the beautiful, undeniable victory of your patient endurance. Honor the staggering strength it takes to simply keep going on the days you feel no visible progress, and trust that your quiet, genuine healing is fiercely taking root.
13 things mentally strong people do
1. They feel their emotions — without being controlled by them. They don’t suppress feelings, but they also don’t let emotions dictate their actions. Awareness creates control. 2. They set boundaries — even when it’s uncomfortable. Saying “no” protects their peace. Boundaries are not rude—they are necessary. 3. They own their mistakes — without living in them. They take responsibility, learn the lesson, and move forward without guilt dragging them back. 4. They celebrate others’ success — without feeling threatened. A strong mind doesn’t compare. It understands that someone else’s win is not your loss. 5. They ask for help — before they break. Strength isn’t doing everything alone. It’s knowing when to reach out. 6. They question their thoughts — not blindly accept them. Not every thought is true. They observe, analyze, and choose what to believe. 7. They rest without guilt. Recovery is part of growth. Even in Buddhism, balance is the path—not extremes. 8. They focus on what they can control — and release the rest. Letting go of what’s beyond control reduces unnecessary suffering. 9. They change their mind when new truth appears. They are not attached to being right—they are committed to growth. 10. They seek discomfort — because growth lives there. Comfort keeps you the same. Discomfort transforms you. 11. They practice gratitude — even in hard times. Gratitude shifts focus from what’s missing to what’s still present. 12. They protect their energy. Not everyone deserves access to their time, attention, or emotions. 13. They forgive — but don’t forget the lesson. Forgiveness frees the heart. Awareness protects the future. Mental strength isn’t about being hard… it’s about being steady, aware, and in control. Train your mind… and nothing outside will shake you.
