I think, feel, act, and believe in others worlds more than my existing. I have that loop from childhood. The frame technique helped to break that cycle. I'll try it with the triggers. Find the air space for joy. Skip when nobody is looking. Play when I can.

Starting my candle meditation
Biggest block is the rush of adrenaline.
I get triggered to be mad by being gaslight, or talked down to. I get alot done with adrenaline rush but it's a bad way to live and bad for my body. I'm getting older and I need to spend my energy in more efficient ways of joy, peace and love. I can't stop a narcissistic boss but I can be neutral and find the space for joy. I get caught in the loop of it's other people's world. I need to remember I'm my world.

Letting go
I'm letting go of attachment to conflicts. I intend to live in love, joy and peace. I find myself wanting to fight and stop myself. Maybe because I couldn't get mad or something bad could happen. So I'm watching myself and the people who trigger the fight. I'm neutral and don't need to attach. I choose joy , peace, and love . Smile and embrace the trigger .
