the power of letting go + HW from today’s call
hi everyone! great call today! we talked about the real transformation that happens when you stop trying to control your patterns and start accepting the emotions underneath them you may be aware of your people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence or fixer patterns but awareness alone doesn’t always create freedom these patterns were often created as survival mechanisms at some point, a part of you learned, “If I please, I’ll be loved” “If I’m perfect, I’ll be safe” or “If I do everything myself, I won’t be let down” but the pattern is not who you are. it’s simply something you learned to feel safe letting go isn’t about forcing yourself to change overnight it’s about observing the old pattern, feeling the emotion behind it, and choosing let it go to feel more whole and complete when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s emotions stop needing the outcome to look a certain way and begin accepting where you are right now…you shift into that new version of you that wanted to express itself embodiment begins by loving the part of you that created the pattern, and allowing yourself to become free! AND if you want to continue the transformation and make it STICK permanently! Join The Shift Academy and get all bonuses here including the live kickoff call that starts May 12th! https://www.theshiftexperience.com/tsa-april-20261777109851528 HW for today: 💫 what was your BIGGEST takeaway from today’s call? 💫 how can you let go of your pattern and shift into that new identity? share your insights in the comments below!

Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Does hydration involve shadow-work?
Thirst is an interoceptive feeling that many of us have become numb to, where dehydration is not merely a lack of water, it is also a lack of coherent frequency within our interstitial structured water. This is why shadow-work is tied to our mitochondrial health, that leads to proper hydration through the metabolic pathway of oxidative phosphorylation. Embodiment, somatic awareness and interoception, are innate spiritual abilities that are active when our root chakra is open. For this reason, hydration at the cellular level requires us to release our fear.
My story and my last painting.
A Life Shaped by Art, Struggle, and Spiritual Search I was raised in France with my two brothers. As the oldest, I naturally became the leader in our little world. My parents were atheists, and although I felt a strong pull toward spirituality from a young age, it wasn’t something welcomed at home. Life there often felt restrictive, with discipline and punishment being the usual response. School, for me, was difficult—almost unbearable. My grandmother was the headmistress, and because of that, some teachers treated me unfairly. I was often placed at the back of crowded classrooms, unable to see or hear properly. There were around 30 students in each class, which only made things harder. To cope, I turned inward. At the age of nine, I began writing poetry. It became my refuge. Then, around twelve, my artistic abilities started to emerge, and for the first time, I felt seen—my art teacher encouraged me deeply. I asked my parents to transfer me to an art school, but it took years before that finally happened. Eventually, I entered the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and later the Beaux-Arts. I studied there for four years, then continued my training in Italy. Later still, I went to India to study the transcendental proportions of divine forms. While in Paris, I spent time at the American Center, where I met an actor who eventually took me to Canada. I lived in Montreal for three years, then returned to Paris in 1972—where I met my guru, a turning point in my life. Years earlier, at sixteen, I had a profound inner experience while practicing automatic writing. In that state, I wrote about a past life and what felt like my true purpose. I kept that writing for years. It took time—until about twenty-two—to begin truly aligning my life with that deeper calling. From the age of twenty-three, I committed seriously to Bhakti Yoga, and I have stayed on that path ever since. Along the way, I met remarkable people—empaths, mystics, and individuals deeply dedicated to serving others. I also traveled to places that carried a strong spiritual presence.
