this is what happens when you let go…
Is it crazy to think that doing inner work could be the key to shifting outer circumstances? Recently I put my house in Austin Texas up for sale… I’ve had a shift in values over the last few years and as a result have wanted to own less materialistic things Owning an investment house became mental bandwidth that included finding renters, paying for repairs and high property taxes out here in Texas As a result about 5 months ago I decided… I am going to SELL it and be free of it At the suggestion of the real estate agent I put in about 40K to make it perfect with the intention that it will sell fast and I’d get back what I put in After the repairs and upgrades in February we put it on the market For weeks there was a lot of buzz with it People seeing it saying they liked it, open houses, etc However no offers came through in the first month And to be honest…. The market in Austin has been slow and down for the last few years Was I energetically attracted to it selling and holding energy that was blocking it from selling? If the outer reality is a reflection of the inner, what do I need to shift? In that frustration I was doing some inner reflection and had some big realizations… The way I related to the house was similar emotion to childhood I felt trapped by the house… it felt "not fair" (very similar to childhood energy where I felt stuck with controlling step mom) I bought when the market was growing and then it tanked I felt the burden of the house and that I was STUCK in it And NOW it’s not selling and I still feel trapped I was reading a book one night on healing the inner child and had a huge realization I felt "victim" to the situation. I was carrying the energy of this is happening TO ME The house was a reflection of how I felt about it and how I was showing up I also realized I was waiting to feel free ONCE the house sold So in this awareness I made a choice before falling asleep that night… I am not a victim. I can handle it. I will do what I need to do and be patient. God/the divine can take the wheel

Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Outgrowing the Old, Becoming the True 🌿✨
At some point in life, growth stops looking glamorous. It becomes less “rise and grind” and more “drink water, breathe properly, stop emotionally adopting every problem in a 5km radius.” 😅 Real transformation is strangely unsexy sometimes. - You exercise… not because you suddenly became a fitness influencer awakened by Himalayan protein powder, but because your nervous system deserves better than surviving exclusively on caffeine and unresolved conversations. - You meditate… mostly because your brain has turned into 1000 browser tabs, 120 are frozen, and one is playing ancestral panic music for no reason. And beneath all that noise… you realize you don’t need more stimulation. You need silence. You need connection with yourself. - You read… and suddenly realize half your suffering came from confidently believing thoughts written by an exhausted employee operating your inner control panel at 2am. And the weirdest part? That employee is not you! They are old programming wearing your voice like a fake moustache. 🥸 - You write… because sometimes the soul needs to speak before the mind creates another dramatic documentary called: “Everything Is Probably Falling Apart: Season 8.” 🎬 Consistency is spiritual warfare. Because the hardest thing is not starting. It’s showing up again after the part of you that wanted immediate enlightenment didn’t get promoted to Buddha by Thursday. But here is where life starts becoming lighter: The more you love yourself, the less you need to perform your worth. The more inner peace you build, the less chaos feels attractive. The more conscious you become, the less your life gets hijacked by emotional smoke alarms reacting to burnt toast. And slowly… quietly… almost suspiciously… you stop trying to force reality to smile at you through the mirror. Finally it hits you: The one looking at the mirror… is you. And all you really had to change was your own expression. Voilà. You stop fighting life and start meeting it differently.

Why is life so difficult
A young man once asked a wise Zen monk: “Why is life so difficult? No matter how hard I try, there is always another problem, another loss, another pain waiting for me.” The monk smiled gently and handed him a cup of tea. As the monk poured, the cup became full… but he kept pouring. Tea began spilling everywhere. The young man quickly said, “Master, stop! The cup cannot hold any more.” The monk looked at him softly and replied: “Your mind is like this cup. It is overflowing with fear, expectations, regret, comparison, and resistance to life itself.” The young man became silent. The monk continued: “Life is difficult because people expect it to be easy. They want love without loss. Success without failure. Pleasure without pain. And certainty in a world where everything changes.” The young man lowered his eyes. “But suffering feels so heavy,” he whispered. The monk nodded slowly. “Yes. Because you are not only carrying today’s pain. You are carrying yesterday’s regrets, tomorrow’s fears, other people’s opinions, imagined problems, and battles that do not even belong to you.” The monk then pointed toward the bamboo outside moving in the wind. “Look at the bamboo. When storms come, it bends. It does not fight the wind. That is why it does not break.” The young man asked quietly, “So how do I make life easier?” The monk smiled gently. “Stop fighting everything. Not every thought deserves attention. Not every person deserves your energy. Not every problem deserves panic. A peaceful life begins when you learn what to carry… and what to finally put down.” The young man sat quietly as the monk spoke one final time: “Life becomes lighter when you stop demanding that it be perfect. The goal is not to avoid storms… but to learn how to remain steady while walking through them.” #buddhism #lifelessons #minds
The Real Reason Your To-Do List Never Ends.
I’m not a productivity person. I don’t want to cram more into the day just to feel like I “did enough.” But I do think a lot of us are exhausting ourselves by trying to make every day hold everything. A little bit of admin. A little bit of content. A little bit of messages. A little bit of family stuff. A little bit of house stuff. A little bit of “oh crap, I forgot that.” Then by the end of the day, you’re fried. Not because you did one massive thing. Because your brain switched gears 97 times. I’m starting to think the issue isn’t always the amount on the list. Sometimes it’s that everything is living in the same mental pile. 💭Curious… Do you work better when you batch certain things together, or do you prefer bouncing between tasks?
