What Is Cognitive Dissonance?
My understanding of cognitive dissonance is when a person has a long held belief that something is true and they get triggered by different information then what they believe.
Triggers just show us where we have more work to do, so don’t make a big deal about it. Regulate your nervous system and start using discernment You are bigger than your pain.
