The Healing Heart
God placed our heart in the middle of our chest as a gift ‒ a gift of a reserve of life-giving energy. We begin to reflect on our heart starting from the words of Jesus: “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Mt. 6:21). Our heart is our treasury.
That is, we must immerse ourselves in our physical heart in order to then enter the spiritual heart, the inner universe.
