The fears I’ve faced (and still sometimes do)
The other day in my Skool community, we explored fear ~ not just the big, obvious fears, but the quiet ones that hide in the shadows and quietly shape our choices.
Here are a few I’ve felt at different times in my life:
• Afraid of being rejected or criticised
• Afraid I wouldn’t be taken seriously
• Afraid I didn’t know enough to help others
And even now, I sometimes fear what people will say if I speak my truth, that my efforts might amount to nothing, or that I could make the “wrong” decision (even though I know that if it comes from the heart, I know it’s right).
These fears aren’t truth... they’re old stories, often rooted in childhood experiences and subconscious beliefs we’ve carried for years.
That’s why shadow work is so powerful.
When we bring these hidden parts into the light with compassion, we start to loosen their grip. 💖
What’s one hidden fear you’ve noticed in yourself lately?
