Presence asks us to step out of the “instant replay” of the past and the mental rehearsing of the future. The mind often loops old conversations or prepares for ones that haven’t even happened yet, pulling us away from the wisdom of the present moment.
When coming home to ourselves, we learn to gently guide the mind back, reminding it that clarity and grounding live in now.
