Hey ,first of all, much gratitude to you and your team for this amazing challenge. My childhood has been similar to yours..the flow of events were very familiar. It resonated with me. I have been doing inner work from 2-3 months and I have regulated myself a lot, I am able to see my patterns, dissociate from them, through daily journalling I could release some of my emotions. I could identify my invisibility wound amd release that, one day I even cried a lot releasing this wound. I could feel myself be calmer, peaceful and joyful than before but I could feel 5-10% of the pain and suffering still in there. I was fine most of the days but out of the blue I was uneasy upon waking up one day feeling a void like a text should've come or a call from after being happy and good for 4-5 days. It always felt like I was missing a key element, a crucial part that was needed to stay the calmer state. Just then you brought this challenge.
This challenge gave me that key element - the old self has unresolved energy waiting to be resolved, unfelt emotion waiting to be felt; we let go by facing it; feeling it. We have to embrace the shadow. We don't have to change things, we have to let them be soothe them. By breathwork we can tap into our body, we can listen to our body by just breathing and soothe it. I am not the pattern.#breakingbad. That was THEN, this is NOW. Release the old, Integrate the new.
Dur to unfelt emotions, I was experiencing the Snapback effect, as Aaron call it.

This has been my biggest breakthrough and insights.
I have made notes of these sessions in my notebook. 😂
Old version: reserved, quiet, tolerated anything, no boundaries, thought that she didn't matter, abandoned herself for others, didn't prioritised herself.
Authentic version: I am confident, vulnerable, have a deep sense of self worth, honesty won't cost me the person/relationship, chooses herself and prioritises her needs and boundaries first.
My daily actions are investing in my energy early in the morning and at night before sleeping through meditations, breathwork, hitting the gym and being consistent in showing up for myself.
You can easily identify from the photos which one is the old version and which one is the new.😂
Fav part: tapping into ourselves, seeing where the sensation sits in the body.
One small action: Setting boundaries and confronting when faced with unfair treatment
