Full Guide to Business Stress
I was chronically stressed.
I was never fully off.
I couldn't take my mind off my work and due to that my health suffered, my life quality suffered, my mental health suffered.
If only there was a way to deal with this.
Fortunately after a long time I "cracked the code" for myself and I just want to share exactly what worked for me in a full guide.
The Top 5 Reasons For Your Business Chronic Stress & The Solutions”
  1. You're just in work mode all day.
Usually this comes down to people not having their days mapped out in a schedule or something of that nature and that's why they just go straight to work because that's their "basic attack".
It's what they do whenever they don't know what to do.
They just do some work, some more, reply to my messages, some more, replying to comments, or that.
Also scheduling days or even weeks of full time off is good, also put at least 1 hour of off time in your normal schedule.
2. Reliance On it to Make You A Living
That adds a lot of pressure.
I definitely felt that one.
You said to your parents, "You do not want to not go to school or get a normal job, you want to do this full time."
Well now you need to show some results, you need to show some payments coming in frequently and that can put a lot of stress on you.
It definitely did for me and that's another reason why you can be chronically stressed, just the pressure of that weight on you.
The solution to that, honestly, is to just have at least some of our sort of income whenever you're building your business or at least have a lot of savings before you decide to go full time so you're never left with nothing.
If not then you're stressing about how you're going to pay some essential things, that's horrible to be in that spot.
3. Working More to Avoid The Root Pain
This is working more and more just to cover up a deeper emotion that you don't want to face.
Usually a lot of people work more and they do more work to avoid feeling a certain emotion, to avoid the anxiety that they deeply feel or whatever, and this is a cover-up, I have had this too.
And whenever we were younger, we did this with endless content consumption, with YouTube videos, with eating junk food and playing games or whatever, but as we're now older we tend to mask it over in something that is seemingly productive, such as working in a business, right, that's productive, so its fine?
No, If it's preventing you from focusing on the trauma you need to heal, or something which it really really often does, it's not good and you need to fix that, and also avoiding the healing work will lead you to be in a constant state of survival mode which adds more fuel to the fire.
4. Product Delivery Stress
If you are someone who works hard and you get up to a good level of clients or whatever, it can be stressful to manage that.
And the solution to that is maybe you want to have a certain level, a certain number, where you say, "Okay that's enough. I can't take any more clients." If you, for example, are in a coaching business, which a lot of people do, just cap your number at something reasonable for you.
5. Spending All Your Time on Tasks You Don’t Like
Spending your workday on your business and tasks you don't enjoy, it can create a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety.
If you're doing, for example, outreach basically all day, you really hate that task.
It's not a good thing and you should aim to outsource all of the tasks that you don't like and only do what you actually enjoy.
That will create one better life quality and less stress.
