Thank you Aaron so much for this..I was able to trace back my childhood when the belief ' have to earn the nod' , 'being invisible and unseen', 'being honest and vulnerable will cost me the person and the relationship' locked in. I could actually go deeper and deeper and I could actually feel my chest throbbing and my stomach rumbling.
The worksheet was great..accurate...those layering questions..amazing!!
