I think burnout starts long before people realize it.
Not necessarily full breakdown mode.
Just subtle things like:
– your brain feeling overloaded
– getting irritated easier
– feeling mentally DONE
– needing more quiet
– not wanting to make one more decision
I caught myself feeling this the last couple weeks and realized I had let a few boundaries slide.
