Dear souls the physical 3D earth 🌎 realm is only a mirror 🪞 reflecting back to you what is within you to experience in a physical plane density. This is reflected back to you in family, friends, partners, strangers, communities, environments etc. Earth 🌍 is a mirror to help soul evolve. Why earth is the toughest earth school.

Once soul understands and becomes vividly aware of this NOW, victim & fear falls away and unconditional love for thy self takes over human soul avatar.

Understanding what soul is playing in, and not playing into the illusion of earths simulation.

How to master this dear souls feel everything that is coming up, don’t try and run from it allow it to move through body knowing you are safe! If it gets to much ask higher god self to assist you in helping you move through these intense emotions. Once you practice staying plugged into god source 🌞 in everything soul is experiencing on earth 🌍 you will see and feel the illusion of separation and not judge. You will become extremely present. To do this practice being more and more present in the moment each day with thy self. Don’t judge your negative emotions ,allow them and love them. Feel, release with unconditional love, let go
