Why are you offering minimum?
Scope of work on a contract is everything. What’s your standard offering vs. your premium offering? I started my multiple millions in business each year with the approach I’m about to tell you. I start with my premium as my MINIMUM. I let my clients know how much different my offering is. And guess what? It costs me nothing more to add. Build the proposal the right way Build it the way you’d install it on your own home Your mothers home Your wife’s home if you were no longer here Offer premium, install premium, expect premium results.
Are you tracking?
How are you tracking your success? How are you holding yourself accountable?

Zero to $$$
Relationships are crucial. Your competitor may have a call center. They may have more resources. However, That call center doesn’t have a hot referral from someone you just knocked a project out of the park for. The REFERRAL. Your bread and butter. Treat each relationship you make like actual gold One day, that might really be the case 🫡🔥

If you’re not getting on the roof, you’re losing huge value. Getting on the roof should be your indicator Closing is in sight Give an honest assessment Take tons of photos- use chalk as your identifier Use an application that makes photos into a clean and professional PDF report that you can add notes to. Show the ground around their home from the rooftop so they know it’s actually their home and not manufactured photos showing damage from another home (you’d be surprised how often that happens) Show any other damages to the home. Gutters, screens, window frames, siding, paint, fence spatter. Show your expertise, never sell yourself short After your inspection, offer full transparency to the home owner Not only do these photos show what’s going on They are also photos that show current condition. To cover your butt if something comes back, but also showing how you improved the quality while you were there. “Photos are worth a thousand words” Photos are also worth THOUSANDS of dollars saved. Document everything (for sure the condition of the driveway before you showed up).
