You could have it all as a rep: The charisma The knowledge The experience The determination The grit What will break your entire system? No matter HOW GOOD your own personal systems are There’s one thing you can’t out work if it’s terrible: YOUR TEAM Your team will MAKE you Your team will BREAK you Sure I might be the face for the “company” But all of the credit to my success is to my team The function, the follow through, the process My tech saves the day on a quick high quality repair It’s credit to HIM my ground supervision earns a 5 star review The credit to the team getting it done We all have each others back We all love and respect one another for our contributions Credit where credit is due All the time you spend making relationships All the work that goes into a contract signature The home owners trust in you The large commercial contract you’ve finally earned The reputation you’ve put together for yourself Bad team? Poor quality people?
