Are you Offers Falling Flat?
Let me tell you about the time I spent 6 weeks creating a new offer that nobody wanted. I thought it was gold. I poured in all my best ideas, stayed up late working on it, and finally launched it… and then… silence. Here’s what I did wrong: I assumed I knew what my audience needed, but I never actually asked them. I focused on what I thought was cool, instead of what was useful. I made it about me, instead of them. Fast forward to today, and I always test my offers with my audience first. I ask questions, I check in, I see what they’re really struggling with before I create anything. What’s one offer you’ve worked on that fell flat? Tell me, and let’s see how we can rework it.

Marketing Research needed...
Hello everyone. I had to do some house cleaning in my business, pivoting from a Tech VA into more of a Tech Business Ops & Digital Marketing Specialist, so I am doing some research here. This is not a self-promo type of post but gathering research. I am now offering tech business operation and digital marketing services, and this consists of the following: 1. Tech Business Ops - managing and organizing systems and processes, SOPs 2. Digital Marketing - email and SMS marketing, website migration, and Redesign 3. Technical Support for them all So my question is, which services would be in high demand for female entrepreneurs and small business owners who are busy and overwhelmed with their business backends, do not have time to manage it, and have plenty of customers or clients?

Question on how you manage your social media content
Hey everyone. I now everyone manages their social media differently but I love to keep things simple. I wanted to stick with 2 simple things: a content doc and Buffer. But then again, I thought about using ClickUp as that is the platform I use for all of my backend business stuff such as my tasks, SOPs, things like that. But I had a section in it that is for managing my social media content in Kanban view. I use Buffer to add in all of my ideas as they have a sectioin for that besides the scheduling section. I plan to stick with that and my plain content library doc. This is where I keep all of my content I've previously posted and plan to use for recycling and rewriting purposes. Does anyone use CU for their social media management? What about Buffer? Does anyone use both like having CU for all management and then schedule it to Buffer? What is your flow on this?
