I'm guilty as charged. It's been a very busy season for me too. However, the more we're away from community the easier it is to feel isolated. So, I'll be back at least twice per month to post and check-in. I miss when it was buzzing. Somebody share some wins and/or let us know something exciting your working on. Life updates work too. 🥳

I see so many of you hitting this invisible wall at $2K and just... staying there. It’s because you’re trying to hustle your way over it when you should be building a bridge. At $2K you’re likely doing everything yourself and you’re probably "successful" enough to be busy, but not "successful" enough to be free. Hustle only gets you so far... systems get you the rest of the way. Here is what’s actually keeping you stuck under that 5-figure mark: - The Follower Trap: Vanity metrics don't pay bills... conversions do. Stop editing reels and start talking to the people who are already watching you. 📈 - No Replication: If you don't have a repeatable process for how you get people results... you don't have a business... you have a job you can't quit. 🔄 - The Complexity Tax: Simplified businesses scale... complicated ones crumble. Pick one offer and master it before you try to launch "the next thing." Do this today: Look at your last 100 new followers. If you haven't sent at least 10 of them a genuine "thank you" or an invitation to chat... you’re leaving money on the table. Stop waiting for a crowd and start talking to the room you already have. That is the reality I've been experiencing lately. It's almost been a full year since I fully leaned into my expertise in brand management and entrepreneurship navigation and doubled down on barber development. It's been nearly a full year since feeling like the underdog in my own story. A lot can change in a year when you challenge your excuses, embrace Nicole's perspective, and follow through on your vision. In a year, I've become a straight-A student in college, negotiated an ideal schedule with my job for work-life balance, sold 22 books, secured an event assistant contract with a barbershop, and successfully branded myself as a trusted resource in the Orlando barber community/industry. And so much more. I share this to remind you to get out of your head and commit to outworking your limiting thoughts/beliefs. I'm out here accomplishing more with less time than I swore I needed. You can. You will. And, it could happen sooner. Because "Why not?" Be responsible. Leverage your resources. Ask for perspective. Run the play. Follow the lead to lead by example. You got this!
