🔥 Let’s Talk About Being Stuck (And Why 2025 Is the LAST Year We Operate Like This) 🚫🐌 Alright Heroes, gather ‘round. Story time. I've been going through our posts getting content ready for the end of the year. I sat at my desk with my tea, scrolling through our community posts… and I started laughing. Not because you’re funny (you are). But because I kept seeing the SAME pattern over and over again. People with brilliant offers. Gifts that could bless somebody TODAY. Talent that should be fully booked. Dreams that literally keep you up at night. But when it’s time to move…Time to post…Time to sell…Time to show up…Time to commit… Y’all freeze like a toddler caught with a permanent marker on the wall. And I sat back like… “Oh. We’re still doing shoddy entrepreneurship in 2025? We’re really still playing small? We’re still whispering offers like the rent isn’t due?” Not on my watch. We are NOT bringing that energy into the future of Hero Academy. We are not dragging old habits into new opportunities. We are not shrinking in a room designed to help you expand. Because here’s the truth that might sting a little…Most of the time, you’re not stuck because you don’t know what to do. You’re stuck because there’s a block you don’t want to face. So let’s break it down. Here are the 8 Sticky Blocks that keep entrepreneurs stuck in neutral: 1. Clarity Block – “I don’t know where to start.” 2. Perfectionism Block – “It’s not ready yet.” 3. Fear of Failure – “What if I try and no one buys?” 4. Fear of Success – “What if TOO MANY people buy?” 5. Consistency Block – “I start strong, then vanish.” 6. Overwhelm/Avoidance – “It’s too much. I can’t deal.” 7. Offer Misalignment – “Something about my offer feels off.” 8. Commitment Block – “I want the result but… not enough to show up.” One of these is sitting on your chest like a weighted blanket on a 95-degree day. And if we’re serious — REALLY serious — about scaling in 2025, then this is the moment where we stop pretending everything’s fine and call the thing what it is.

Okay, so I had a vision that 2026 will be the last year of self-funding ideas. It's been a journey, and I'm tired boss. All these years of penny pinching and stressing over coins is infuriating. I've been through three incredible seasons, but their profitability was contingent to external decisions. I promised myself in January to hyper focus on stability and independence. Where I am today, is a testament to that effort (s/o @Nicole Perpillant and HERO Academy). Back to this dream/vision, which said, "2026 is proof of concept" for Champion Circle Enterprise × Branding Beyond Clippers. The results that follow will attract Angel Investors to fund the the next phase of development. Now, I've always believed in CCE was worthy of investment, but I had no idea "how" to maintain control and ownership with minimal interference. And, that sounds possible with Angel Investors. I understand my development path is different and I own it, and with the proper guidance and a support community, I can build it. All I've got is my best, so let's see how things unfold. 🙏🏿

First off, well done to everyone actively engaged in the 0 to 2k Challenge. It seems to have awakened some intrusive motivation that turns your organge flame to blue. As the temperature rises, it's melting away limiting beliefs or scripts that tucked away some of your power. As I read through the breakthroughs, I'm reminded why entrepreneurship is just as much about personal growth as it is about making an impact through monetized services/transformations. Know that I'm rooting for every one of you to continue exceed your expectations beyond money. The magic of a guarantee is the magic is guaranteed, allowing you to fully lean into the work to produce unexpected results. I'm working on some incredible things too based on prior coaching sessions I had with Nicole. I'll share those another day. Right now, I'm just sending good energy y'all way. Stay tenacious. You will get the recording along with the notes I promise. I was trying to listen and following along while taking notes (we know that doesn’t always works). When I actually stopped and listened to my mentor I was able to visually understand my leaks and able to make it make sense. Giving your full attention to what is being explained is 10x better than trying to do double duty.
