Looking for new networking opportunities
Hey everyone, it's been a while since I have been here. I have been pretty busy with my "blessed work" since Feb of this year. I love what I do: helping people and other techie things. What I am looking for is some virtual teas 🍵 with busy lady bosses. So if you're down for it, please send me a DM and let me know what your schedule looks like. 🙂
Which AI Tools do you Use for which Tasks?
Here's my list - what did I miss, what do you use?? 👉🏾 ChatGPT Best for: graphics, brainstorming, general assistance, and working with accumulated business context. Tips: - Give detailed instructions when generating or editing graphics. - When editing a photo, explicitly say not to change the person’s face, size, or appearance. - Use it to classify information, brainstorm content, and turn rough notes into useful drafts. - Check every output. AI can confidently give incorrect answers. 👉🏾 Claude Best for: writing, rewriting, PDFs, audits, classification, and prototyping. Tips: - Give Claude an existing example and ask it to match your voice or brand style. - Use it to audit something before changing it. - Claude Code can create prototypes, quizzes, and simple tools, but the finished product may still need security, hosting, email, database, and traffic support. - Keep human review turned on instead of allowing automatic changes. 👉🏾 Gemini Best for: tasks involving Gmail, Google Drive assets, and graphics. Tips: - Use Gemini when the source material already lives in Google. - It can find information from emails and saved files, then help turn it into content. - Verify what an integration can actually read and edit before designing a workflow around it. 👉🏾 Perplexity Best for: research and gathering information from multiple sources. Tips: - Use it for deeper research instead of relying on a general chatbot for everything. - It is especially helpful when it connects to the system where your information already lives. 👉🏾 NotebookLM Best for: asking questions about your own documents, spreadsheets, notes, and source material. Tips: - Upload or connect a member spreadsheet, meeting notes, or other business material. - Ask it to summarize recent sign-ups, identify people with certain skills, create a mind map, or find patterns. - Check whether you already receive it through your Google plan before buying another tool. 👉🏾 Gamma

I use mostly Lumo for content creation and business ideas/planning and Canva Ai for graphics. I like to keep things simple.
You don't have to post every day. You just have to schedule it that way. 📅
I used to think being consistent means sitting down to create content every single day. It doesn't. It means your content shows up consistently. You don't have to. The tool: Later -- https://later.com/r/108576 Later lets you schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more from one dashboard. Write everything on Monday, schedule it to go out all week. Here's your action this week: Block 60 minutes and try this. Step 1: Write 3 captions for posts you already know you need. A value post, a story post, and a question post. Step 2: Upload them into Later with your images. Step 3: Schedule them to go out Monday, Wednesday, Friday. That's it. That's a full week of content in one sitting. The goal is not to be on social media every day. The goal is to look like you are. 👉🏽 Later and every other tool I recommend is inside the Tech Essentials Guide in the classroom. Which platform do you post on most consistently right now? Drop it below. 👇🏽

Hey Nicole this is awesome! I feel like I dont have to stress about posting content all the time! That's why I stopped posting for a while and focused on other IPAs in my business. So this is a fresh new month to just start over again. I plan to take my all that I have used and what you have helped me with before and use Lumo one of my fave AI tool by Proton and re-create it into those types of posts as you stated. and also create a newsletter version of the value based post. That will be my game plan right there! Oh BTW I was using Buffer and post only on LinkedIn and Facebook.
🌟 Happy Good Friday to all the amazing women entrepreneurs! 🌟
Today, we honor Yeshua (Jesus Christ) for His sacrifice, (you may not believe but it's ok because this is what I believe in) which brings us peace and healing because he loved us (John 3:16 KJV). I find this so important to me because he did it for us, even if we did not deserve it. Whether you hate or not, he still loves you. This day is also a reminder for reflection and renewal—just like your business dreams can flourish. Let’s appreciate what Yeshua has done for us, and the hard work and resilience you also bring as busy, shining lady bosses. I hope that, like me, this day has inspired you to face challenges with trust in your vision and support from your business. ✨
